It’s gone so fast, only a week to go. It’s really helped me get back into the swing of things. With the warmer days arriving I’m sure I will continue the challenge long after reboot has finished.
Been for a lovely woodland run with my best friend Ange (a fellow rebooter!) this is our weekend workout routine, but today we both managed to sneak in a cheeky 5k run after dropping off kids to school.
Back home for my kenzai breakfast and start and start my day of work. Feeling good!
Very excited to kick off this reboot. Attempted one in January but got taken down with a terrible cold. Hoping Feb will be more successful and get my motivation back.
Good luck everyone
I have to apologise for my slow start to my reboot. The new year has brought a terrible cold which has drained my energy. I have stuck to the programme as much as possible but not had the expected force behind it. Hoping this week will be different.
Two weeks down and feeling pretty good. Very proud I have been so disciplined. I feel my body changing for the better already. Scales have finally moved after a year with just one week of eating this way. It’s been tough getting used to and trusting the amount and frequency of eating, but it’s working. Excited to get another week started and what the changes will be in another few weeks.
Wow end of the first day on the diet and I am so surprised how much, and how often I need to be eating. I normally don’t have breakfast, have a very late lunch and a light dinner. Or the other way and over eat at night with the wrong things as I haven’t eaten during the day and I’m stress out. I know this is going to be the hardest part and I need to trust that eating 6 times a day is what is needed to get the results. That said I am committed to the plan and excited to create new habits.
