KB1- Day 15 WEEKEND FAIL!

Weekend was a total disaster 🙈
I’m blogging it out, I’m being honest and I’m going to have to up my game this week.

As I said my biggest weakness is socializing and that’s exactly what happened. Dinner with friends turned into a creamy pasta and many glasses of wine 🤦🏼‍♀️

Going through the epic fails, and learning what led to them is part of the process Mona! Take active steps to avoid getting in the same situation again, and don't let one fail lead into thoughts of "well, I messed it up on Friday, I might as well mess it up on Saturday." Try to train with amnesia, waking up each day fresh and ready to get everything right as if it's your first day of training.
