Not been perfect so far but working on it.
I’ve got a back injury and I’m seeing the physio for it but I can still get my cardio in (walking). Keeping the diet mega tight at the moment 👊🏼

    Sorry about your back ,too. Hope you're at full steam soon. Sweet spot getting the diet right! ...don't know anyone who's perfect rather it's perfect to be working on it.

      Tell me more about your back injury when you can. Keeping the diet tight will get you most of the results, exercise or not! I know it's tough but keep your positive spirit.
