Yesterday was a good day!

I went for a run ๐Ÿƒ๐Ÿผโ€โ™€๏ธ for the first time since my back injury from a few months ago. I did a 3km run on the treadmil at the gym and I also went for a 5km walk in the evening so happy on the exercise front.

Foodwise probably the best Kenzai compliant day so far!

Iโ€™ve not been that strict diet wise (read wine here and there!) and for exercise Iโ€™ve been limited to what Iโ€™ve been able to do because of my back injury. But Iโ€™ve now reduced my physio visits to once per week ๐ŸŽ‰ and feel very enthusiastic about exercising โ€œproperlyโ€ again ๐Ÿ™Œ๐Ÿผ.

No weight loss so far, so planning on finishing this strong ๐Ÿ’ช๐Ÿผ

Great to hear Mona, it feels so good when you're off the injury list and feeling like yourself again. Keep things slow and steady, there's always time to improve but pushing into another injury will set you back much further than ramping up at a slow pace!
