So first week is behind and I feel positive about re-doing KB1. The timing of the program worked and will be good to go back to Kenzai “basics”. Here’s to a Kenzai compliant week 2! 💪🏼👊🏼
Try to make Week 2 full of strict, tight days. Getting off to a strict start is a big help as things get wobbly in the middle. Much harder to get stricter after a wobbly start! Let's go week 2!
