Wohoo another two PBs today!
5kgs more on the squats (I did normal ones to save my knee) and also 5kgs more on the front squats. Maybe my technique has improved and Iā€™m daring to put more weights on or Iā€™m getting stronger ?!?šŸ‹šŸ¼ā€ā™€ļø

Consistency with your workouts, and applying proper (and safe) form, definitely is showing up with getting stronger!!! Keep training smart with a safe eye on those knees.

        Hah I was going to comment on the leopard skin as well. Nice work on the weights! You've encouraged me to push myself this week and add a few kgs to my squats!

          That is great news, you will probably find that it is a combination of better technique and improved strength...I bet that makes you want to get even better which will give your motivation a good boost! Keep up the great work! :-)
