Still here

I haven't been able to get on to the platform this past week or so. Tied up in lots of travels. Life is a bit crazy.

I am eating better than usual, but not much exercise. I am meditating 15mi per day this last week and have not missed a day.

As I trainer, my ethos is pretty simple: celebrate the strengths and support the weaknesses.

This means applauding all that is going right and setting small, attainable goals around the struggles.

So, cap tip for making that time to sit. It isn't easy. Now, build from there. The lessons are foundational. Perhaps creating ten more minutes a day to read those will tip the scales! Or, maybe it is as simple as enjoying a healthy and skillful breakfast each morning, Mukund. These changes may just be within your reach.
