I have a looooooong journey ahead of me (as most of us do) but my energy level has been up slightly and I am proud of that. Today's workout was much more intense than Week 1, so I'll need to get more rest and wake up earlier, but so far so good!
Just curious. I bought the Kenzai box which came with five bands. Any suggestions on when if I should switch band strengths? Is it just when it feels natural or is there a calculated method?
As I mentioned in one of my prior posts, I'm going through a lot of transitions in my life (all relatively good things). I'm just trying to put it all in perspective and am realizing that my organization (time management, good prep) is going to have to improve tremendously. I'm just taking each day at a time and I feed off the fact that even when I fail I've come further than I ever have before.
