Day 45 - Nothing to See Here

  • Feb 20th, 2019 at 8:27PM

Hi Team,

It's been kind of a boring week. We had a little bit of snowfall, which was unusual for Seoul (dry and very cold winters) but it mostly disappeared by the afternoon. I've been applying to more companies and also had an interview, but no real updates on that front. I was planning on going to a college group meeting tonight, but decided to stay away since it is at a bar and I'm not good at self control around delicious temptation.

Diet and exercises have been pretty good. I've been noticing that I have days that I breeze through everything and some days that are a real struggle, and they can be one right after another. The time difference between the two can be more than 30 minutes! It's a surprise how much one day can affect me, even with the same amount of sleep and the same exercise and meal times.

Anyway, I'll update you all if anything new comes up!

Nothing and everything to see... I think you're looking firmer and you are standing taller ! good job ..... And you also look a bit happier ;) And i just read your previous post, already seeing changes, and you're only half way through... Keep going and see if you can try and answer that question of 'if you could go harder or not' good luck !

This is indeed the boring part of the program and many of us experience that. The program has lost its novelty, the end isn't in sight, and egg whites and da vincis get tiring. Some days it seems easy because really, eating clean and moving every day isn't that complicated. Some days seem hard because it takes so much diligence and willpower to do something that isn't complicated. As you show in this blog, fitness takes so much restraint - like skipping a fun social event because you know you will be tempted with alcohol and non-compliant food. That is one of my least favorite things about being on program. You are doing amazing with your dedication here. Keep blogging even about the boring stuff. It's part of the total experience.

Skipping an evening out to avoid temptation? I know commitment when I see it! Also notice changes in your weekly photo, Natasha. Grinding out those workouts and eating your grams is paying off.
