Day 47 - Sore Muscles

Hi Team,

Well this is new. I'm doing all the same exercises for the same amount of time, but I've got sore muscles today all over. I haven't really had sore muscles since the first week or so.

Doing something wrong or doing something right finally?

You are definitely doing something right, but also feeling the effects of built up fatigue. Keep going strong but do enjoy a good rest day this weekend.

    Natasha, I was feeling the same. I think it’s more intense since I noticed my workout is longer now. at the beginning I finished in 15 minutes, now at least 45-60 minutes to complete the workout. I think it’s a good thing. 😀

        You've been working hard every day for 48 days now, muscles are fatigued. You've been doing everything right all along. Nice warm bath may help.
