I've been loving all the posts on the jump rope competitions and the great vibe going as well all ramp up into these last few days. I was almost disappointed that today's workout didn't have any super sets in it, so I just concentrated on rocking the sets we did have. ;-)

Felt like I was in the groove with the jumps today and other than a few trips here and there and a quick break between the sets, I had a good time powering through. Bring on the super sets tomorrow!

Wow Nate!! Look at these figures!! Isn't it great to see how far you have come in just 80 something days??? Get yourself a ticket and come over to join on wednesday for a competition. I bet Lisa, Jade and Thomas have to step up their game to keep up!! What kind of rope do you use?? Looks high end!!!

Nice numbers. Do you skip on your kids foam alphabet mat? :).

Very good numbers Nate. You would give Lisa Tommy and Sacha a run for their money. Book that flight! :)

Thanks all! @ Sacha, I'm using a rope I picked up last time I was in the USA from Sports Authority - it cost US$17 but has a timer, counter, and calorie burned measure, so I love all the data to play with! It's a speed rope, so was hard at first, but it has held up remarkably well through the last 80+ days.
@ Tommy, Yes, I jump on my kids' foam mat! That way I can jump barefoot without knee or back worries, although after a while the foam gets squashed and takes some time to rise back up, so I have to shift around. Plus, I can practice my ABCs while I'm at it. I know we're not supposed to multitask while we work out, but basic literacy is just so tempting. :-)
@ Sacha & Jade, hmm, a flight, eh? That would be so much fun! Must be something I need to do in HK for work. That would be awesome (even though I'm not used to jumping in shoes). :-)
