The new sets are tough - 6 sets of Da Vincis?! - Wow! But motivation levels are high, and if there was every any doubt, after the arrival of my son yesterday, I have a great reminder of why I decided to get my health and fitness back on track - my kids!

Congratulations Nate on a "Dragon" Boy!!! Bet you're chuffed to bits. Well done. Hope both mother and baby is doing well. Probably means no more 12hr sleeps for a while.

Congratulations! You may need to get creative with exercise though...squats while feeding? Your wife must be a saint to deal with a PCPer during her third trimester.

Thank you, everyone! Mama and baby are doing great, and I'm very grateful that my mother in law is staying with us for a while to help with our 3 year old son. She is also unbelievably helpful with my PCP requirements. Both she and my wife are so impressed by the results so far, they don't want any hurdles to get in the way. How lucky am I!
