End of Week 3 Thoughts

I'll start by saying I feel a lot better than pre-Kenzai. Although I don't see a physical change, my daughter says she does. My pants feel better around the waist and are easier to get into.
I finally fixed my BMI weight scale to log and track data on my iPhone. Hopefully it will give me an idea of how much body fat I'm losing and muscle gained. Thus far, I've lost 4kg, but don't know how much is attributed to loss of body fat.
NOW MY RANT(lol) !!!I did not appreciate the mid-week bump in skips to 650 and 800 skips this morning took way too long.

Well done Nate that is fantastic result so far. I share your rant re skips although in a perverse way I quite enjoy them. I really need to concentrate to count to 800 as well as skip at the same time - my brain is getting a workout also, which can not be a bad thing;-) I hope at one point we switch to set times from set number of skips as i dont really want to count to 3000...

      Don't worry guys, timed skips are incoming! :)

      Those scales can be good for tracking trends, but they unfortunately aren't that accurate! So just keep that in mind Nate if the results seem to fluctuate or not seem accurate.

      And keep at it man! Pretty soon you won't just be feeling it in your clothes, but seeing it in the mirror!
