Hello Team Sycamore!!

Hello Team Sycamore!! I hope everyone is well as we begin week 2. I was ill at the beginning of week 1 and had to do two-a-days to catch up with the workouts.

I would not have completed KB1 without the motivation and words of inspiration from my cohort, Team Octans. I am looking forward to similar exchanges during KB2 with Team Sycamore.

      Welcome Nate and glad you're feeling better as we enter week 2! Week 1 is a preparation week and week 2 is when is gets real. I hope you were able to spend some time prepping food before the diet kicked in yesterday? Sycamore is here for you and full of awesome trainees pumped to support each other.

        Happy New Year, Nate. It is go time. KB2 is in full swing. Your timing is impeccable. Truly. Kinda nice to get the illness out of the way at the outset!
