Getting back on track...

After nursing a severe back spasm for over a week, I am now feeling much better. I have just resumed my exercise although I am still unable to do any exercise that bends or twists the back. Really hoping to be back in full swing in the next couple of days!

Hope the back soon recovers! I’ve had back problems before and they can be really debilitating!

      Good to have you back in the game Neela and I'm glad you didn't rush to get back to it. Training safely is the most important thing. Ease back into it gently and remember that keeping your diet on point is the biggest factor in this process of transformation.
