Had a blip last night, went out for dinner and socialising with my work colleagues.
The next thing I knew it was 1am, and I’d had far to many wines!
Feeling guilty today!
The wine with dinner habit is extremely hard to kick. For future planning, try leaving 1/4 of the glass behind. Small sips and a side of sparkling water can keep the number of glasses at bay. 7 days left...you can totally get through them sans win. Consider it a challenge! No doubt you can meet it Neil!
