Have not written in a week but have been keeping up with the exercise , although still doing elliptical instead of skipping because of knee problem (MRI on 28th)
Have not been good with food and drink, no excuse. Another few visitors arriving at home this Friday for a week won’t help but I know it is up to me to say “no” and stay strong.

Not easy absolutely. We are hosting a dinner party tomorrow and it will be indulgent :D Just have to keep going.

    Keep with the elliptical for sure. No need to do more damage on that knee. On the diet, you have the right of it. You are the one to make the choices. Start by focusing on making a good choice on Friday. Then, when you are tempted to make a bad food choice, remember the good one you made previously and build off of the momentum. I find that family and friends are generally understanding of our choices and supportive of our goals.

      Great words of wisdom from Jenny. Each meal, snack, etc. is a choice. Make good choices one by one and it will add up to the results you came here for!
