Scared ........... no proteins also for dinner .. for those who have done Kenzai earlier will they now not give us proteins at all for dinners . How will i manage tenced 🤔🤔

It is weird isn’t it?... yeah no more meat proteins for now on if I remember right. Just egg whites. And I think they introduce them back in the last week. You got this!!!! I know it sucks but all I can say having done this once before is follow it and it will work. Good luck!

    When I did this the first time. I had no proteins at all. Because at that time they didn't have vegan proteins
    options and I chose the vegetarian option. So this isn't strange to me at all. In fact I've been struggling to get that meat down so I'm so glad we don't have to eat meat at night anymore, haha :p

      You have protein powder listed for dinner, since eggs are off the table. Protein powder, ice, cinnamon, vanilla, banana and apple make a good smoothie!

        You can do it Paridhi! Small dinners really help the body mobilize fat!
