Dint do the ropes today as could barely walk. Did all the other exercises though.missed the cardio..... food was too much so dint eat all that quantity and fruits . Hopefully will feel better tomorrow

You know there are alternatives to the ropes? If you click on the i in the corner of the ropes exercise it’ll give you alternative times for running, walking, swimming etc. hope you’re less sore today.

    Yup Emily has you there Paridhi! The cardio will work hand in hand with the diet, which does most of the work. It's OK to substitute whatever low impact option there that works for you, walking, cycling, the elliptical. All are great options!

      Thanks Emily . Not exactly fine but still gathering courage to do it. Did 250 ropes tdy
