Heya'll ~ I think they played 'Pomp and Circumstance' and the gowned crowd walked well over a week ago. I was away for the majority of my first go at the Kenzai Reach program and thought I could make it work with a three week trip to India. Alas, sauces, curries and Vegan outposts ("what? they don't even have eggs?") made it all tough. I DID get in some good skipping workouts, great yoga sessions, and some killer hikes - namely up Arunachala or "Red Mountain" the holy hill at Tiruvannamalai and one of the five main Shaivite holy places in South India. Also known as Arunagiri, Annamalai Hill, Arunachalam, Arunai, Sonagiri and Sonachalam, it was truly life-changing, learning the Sanskrit chants and stories, the cosmology of the Gods and Goddesses of the Hindu Pantheon. I know we had a couple team members from the Indian subcontinent and in my miscalculations thought we'd perhaps meet up for a Chai! Oh well. I like and have incorporated the morning stretches into my routine. And I hope that, despite my being the weak link in this strand of Mala beads, that everyone had a strong stretch up and out and that you're all happy with your Reach Results. Let me know! Many thanks also to Kim and Kate! I feel good, being home now, and look forward to what's next Kenzai-wise, thinking a Reboot or maybe even Body 3 (Gulp!). Yep, I think I'm almost ready.
