Unfortunately had to undergo an operation in hospital last week, and now under strict doctors orders to NOT exercise for 7-10 days! (not a big health crisis, but quite a major sinus operation). This has thrown my Kenzai workout programme into a massive tailspin. The only control i really have is over the diet and sleep component, but had to put exercise on hold. I should get the all clear by next Monday to resume, albeit somewhat moderated.
The question now becomes how i can resume and try to pick up from where i left off.
Would it just be a matter of resuming from my last workout, or do i need to work back into it on a modified schedule ? I don't want the last 2 months to be in vain, and am desperate to complete given the finish line is so near, but conflicted about the best way to pick back up
After what seemed like quite a gentle start, today got harder. The 400 jumps are harder than I expected! I’m quite enjoying being more mindful about what’s on my plate rather than just wolfing everything down.
The exercises are fun and easy to follow but now the challenge will be to get the kitchen in order and some recipes together . All the best Team!
