Doing all the exercises and loving it. Have stiffness in legs all the time. Not much to report.

Spend some time stretching if you can, Rana- should help with the stiffness.
Using a foam roller has been helpful for me.
Great keeping all the workouts done. We are working the legs very hard for the last weeks... let’s prepare for week 3... not getting easier for sure. We got this Rana.
