Falling Short

This is a great program but I made the mistake of signing up for it at a really bad time. I don't consider this a "graduation post" as I have failed to give the program the attention it deserves over the past month or so. I'll likely give it another go sometime next year when I can properly commit, as I really do think its a worthwhile program.

There are some positives I have been able to take from this. I have an appreciation of stretching, and yoga, and will take this with me as I pick up the cardio and get strict on the diet after the holidays. I have found that doing the morning stretches before I cycle has helped with my recovery. I'll also sign up for some yoga classes as well as continuing to practice at home.

Well done to everyone who completed the program and I am sorry that I have not been a much more supportive team member. I have signed up for Kenzai membership and will make sure I give 100% to the next challenge I take on (probably KB3!)

It's not always the perfect time to be in training mode, but staying open to encouraging your fitness and overall health when you can't get it perfect is a big win!

Get ready for a new year, new you and with KB3! A little tip get a few good weeks of exercise under your belt before day 1. It's a different beast!

    You made it, Randall! And gained lots of good insight on the way. Not every training cycle is going to be perfect (or near perfect) and that is to be expected. As you know, all the exercises are available to you so you can keep doing the stretches as you ramp up toward the physical challenges in 2017. Congratulations and have a happy holiday season!
