Roasted Rosemary Potatoes

To make this recipe you will need boiled potatoes. Choose 4-5 large potatoes and scrub them clean. Chop them into quarters and put them in a large pot. Cover them with water and bring the water to a boil. Cook them for about 20-25 minutes until soft, check with a fork.

    Ingredients: 3-5 sprigs rosemary, as potatoes as you want/need (4-5 suggested), 2 tsp. olive oil, 2 tsp garlic.
