This dill and yogurt dip from Greek cuisine goes well with meats (like chicken or lean beef), on burritos, as a veggie dip, with a side of pita bread, or on gyros. Instead of shallots, please use 2-3 cloves of garlic, to taste.

        1 cucumber: grated and drained
        2 cups: nonfat Greek Yogurt
        1 cup: chopped dill
        1 shallot diced
        pepper to taste

            Can we use regular non fat yogurt in place of greek yogurt?

                Why garlic instead of Shallots? Are shallots not allowed or something? Can't we count it as veggies?
