Preparation GRADUATION POST
The thing that always gets me is being prepared to manage the diet, we renovated our kitchen over last 3 weeks and that made it harder to be organised and prepared for the weekly diet, once your diet gets off track so too your excercise.
Looking forward to next programme to get 100% thru
Haven’t been feeling great last couple of days, attempted the 11 but thought best to stop at 6 and try again in 48 hours
Took the dog with me for the fartlek session, unfortunately he got off the lead as I was doing a fast section ... spent the next 30 mins chasing the dog ... so still sprinting!!!
