Day 42: K-bells done!

I can’t believe this program went fast. Wished it was a longer program since I throughly enjoyed it. I have to be honest, it was more of a 75% effort from my side but every time I did the cycles/workouts, I felt great. It wasn’t 100% (I was really hoping for a better effort) on my part especially on the last 2 weeks of the program I was not able to do the workouts every day. I did about 3 times at least but I did stick to the diet and I started running as well on my weekends. Really just busy season at work right now but I was happy to be able to workout at home in the early mornings with Kettlebells whenever I can. Apologies to my team if I wasn’t able to blog or respond back to your messages during the last 2 weeks. I really appreciated all your messages and helped me to keep going. Congrats to everyone in my team who competed K-bells! Looking forward to training with you in the next programs.

    Congratulations on getting through this program. Sometimes when things are really tough in work or life, it's important to remember that being able to exercise 3-5 times a week is actually a triumph and more than most people do.

        Thanks guys! @Ed I think my min is really 3-5 days a week of workout. I try as much as I can to do x7 days but whenever I really cannot make it due to very early mornings or late nights, I try not to beat myself up too much (like I used to) and just make sure I am a weekend warrior and not miss a workout during the weekends. I must say, I have been better with the diet during this program compared to when I have done KB3 in the beginning of this year. Thanks all for your support! Enjoy your next Kenzai programs.

          Congratulations, Rouella! You've done a great job sticking with it until the end, regardless of the effort levels- just compare it to how things might have been had you not been on program. Nice job - COMPLETE!
