Day 9 - What do I do post workout?

I stretch and stuff my face with my Kenzai breakfast. I have been enjoying the stretches provided every after workout. This is something I don’t do as much, so good reminder to stretch more, breath and maybe do a hatha yoga session this weekend.

Speaking of breakfast, what does your breakfast look like? Here’s mine which is very simple, loaded with sweet and juicy bell peppers. I need inspiration for breakfast.... #favoritemealoftheday

Looks dreamy! Breakfast is also my favourite of the day too- i tend to have a poached egg with a combo of avocado, cooked tomatoes or mushrooms...or whatever leftover veg I have in the fridge, either on toast or in a tortilla wrap if I’m on the go- works a treat :-)

        I have learned to eat breakfast since joining Kenzai but I can't say it is my favourite. I love the fruit snacks. My breakfast looks almost identical to yours except I don't eat avacado. My husband, EVERYDAY, has toast smothered in homemade KOMPLIANT tomato chutney, a fried egg and half an avocado washed down with a flat white. I will take a picture of his and post it because mine is pretty boring.

          Yum yum Rouella, my husband made a super yummy corn and tomato salsa the other day. Next time he makes it, I'll ask him for the recipe and share a pic.

                    as I am off meat and dairy these days, doing a nice tofu breakfast marinated in soy, cumin, turmeric and chilli, topped with some fresh coriander on rye bread with avocado.
