KB1 Done and dusted (again)

Sorry for the late post guys. I have enjoyed doing KB1 again. I like the fact that I went back to basics with my training, to re-learn and appreciate Kenzai again. I lost 3kg, not as much as I wanted but I feel stronger and healthier. I truly enjoyed being on a Kenzai diet (healthy, balanced diet) every day. Thank you to Ward for the support and encouragement. Congrats to my team! Enjoy the rest of your summer holidays!

We find that people doing Kenzai Body don't lose as much mass in repeat programs, not because they don't work hard but because there's not as much "easy" body fat to lose when you've done a few rounds of training, and a lot more muscle is coming online at the same time. Another good reminder to not let weight be the most important number! Thanks for making it through another tough 90 days. Getting back to basics is important for all of us. COMPLETE!
