KB1 Done and dusted (again) GRADUATION POST

Sorry for the late post guys. I have enjoyed doing KB1 again. I like the fact that I went back to basics with my training, to re-learn and appreciate Kenzai again. I lost 3kg, not as much as I wanted but I feel stronger and healthier. I truly enjoyed being on a Kenzai diet (healthy, balanced diet) every day. Thank you to Ward for the support and encouragement. Congrats to my team! Enjoy the rest of your summer holidays!
