I did not crush it this time around. Following a strict T-Shirt program, I rolled back on the diet from Day1 and eventually broke the workout streak at 45 days (28 T-shirt + 17 Beach). I ended up with 21/28 Beach workouts but very (happy hour) relaxed on the diet. I did get a bit bored with the workouts and even threw on a weight vest part way through to spice it up. After a poor final week, I completed the Day 28 workout and decided to roll straight (back) into SCULPT. I'll be traveling around Asia for the next two weeks and I know this program travels well. Plus my kids can join many of the exercises when I am home.

Onward.

    You're a beast Ryan, back to back programs get results but you definitely hit diet burnout as you've seen. The trick is to time your strict diet ventures for the times you really want to look great. That's how you ride the wave of training through the year! Congratulations and COMPLETE!
