By doing this program, I learnt better food habits, i realized how much i like exercising and how good all these made me feel!!!
I dont know how to continue integrating this into my daily life without the PCP :(, but I hope this is just the kick off for a healthier and more sportive life. I feel good!!!
thanks PCP,

Go Sabrina, this is only the beginning, and well done!

Trust us Sabrina, we taught you everything we know, without holding anything back. Every trainee has to spend a few weeks getting reoriented and trying to figure out how to integrate training into a more normal routine. People come up with different answers, but they're all INFORMED answers, which is what we're after. You're in control now, keep applying the basic principles of PCP eating and simple, dynamic exercise, and you'll continue to get results. COMPLETE!

Sabrina, you did it! Many congratulations. I know it wasn't always easy! You have all the tools you need to make sound judgements about your health and fitness in the days, months, and years to come. Enjoy all you do!

Congratulations Sabrina, we never were much in touch while PCP was on, but I did read your posts. Good luck!

Sabrina, congratulations! I don't know if this helps, but I thought about the way I liked to work out and ran it by Ward W.ise via a blog. I've joined a gym, because I like the company, but I'm doing the maintenance workouts and the maintenance diet (but I've reintroduced things like legumes and cottage cheese and balanced the portions accordingly). Trust your instincts. I think we're all empowered after the PCP. Good luck!
