One big breakthrough was to realize that I don't like people telling me what to do....when they actually want to help me or make things work..... so I became more open to advice and help :).

Last week it was Chinese New Year Holiday in HK and I went to Italy to ski!
I still kept my exercises in place + skiing...which I think it was great for my body, however my diet suffered a "bit".
It was challenging to keep dinners with apple and banana..... and mountain food is not precisely light... - a lot of polenta and stews.... Any way, I tried my best, I institutionalized grilled veggies in the hotel restaurant and I am back to being good in HK,
I noticed today trainings are becoming longer.... and I am becoming a little bit stronger :)

It is tomato season in HK... and aiming to eat more seasonal-local produce I bought 3 kilos for this week!!..
I am doing salads, soup and Bolognese.... probably Salmorejo (with límited olive oil)....

My life makes me lose track of time!! call it work, traveling, organizing my pictures or even playing crosswords!!!
if i could change my body.... the area that i dislike the most is my waist...it does not exist... and this is the first place I accumulate fat and the last to lose it...waist and Tommy.... those are my painful areas...and I know the only solution is to cut the cheese and wine...🤦♀️😭
this year also my butt is losing size and I have some new fat under my armpits....:(....i need to go back to good form... no doubt!!

Hi!! as it happens every time.... I can't finish all these food....it is so much! I don't get hungry after this huge breakfast....

I have no weaknesses at home, I am lucky to have an amazing helper that is in charge of my food so I hardly make it to the kitchen... my biggest problem is usually a glass of wine in a social event. January is easy as most people are in similar mood, but February starts getting tricky and March impossible....
I will stay way from temptation this month!!!
It is becoming a tradition for me to start the year with a clean up of my body and a reset of my health!!

i find it "easy" as same type of exercises as KB but different format... I like it!!
not going skiiing for the next 1.5 months but i am ready!!!
My favorite place for skiing is Japan!!!: Snow is soft....falling is a pleasure!, food is healthy and delicious... .Slopes are easy and a well deserved Onsen before dinner makes this a perfect holiday!
I am going to Courmayeur in Chinese New Year.....that is a bit more scary hahaha,
This is the second time I do this program. The first I was not successful. I have this conception that I need to exercise "real exercise" and then do this....so I am not that committed to this, is like a left over...I have this perception that this is not exercising, it is like ...who knows....
I need to change that or it will be another "X" in my file....
