Chisel! 

Hi, this is my second Chisel.
This time it was definitely more enjoyable than last time. I ended stronger, more agile (like a ninja ) and happier.
Last time it was difficult, hard, long..... and I felt a lot of pain in my wrists (i learnt how to warm them, it woudlbe great to include it in this program), but this time, even the latest workouts didn´t feel that difficult,
very enjoyable!

oh.... it is true!! we are almost done... I can't believe how time flies. Let's keep strong. I have to confess I am better with tough exercises than food.... last week I got sick too and I missed 2 days of training.... anyway, here I am doing this!!!

hey!! last week was difficult in terms of both, diet and training.... as I was traveling for 3 days. I missed one day training and 2 dinners diet..... I am ready this week to stick to the program!...and add some running into it!!!

11 days already....time flies!!! it feels like in just started yesterday (I guess what makes the big difference is starting the diet)... so yes, 4 days only and i broke it yesterday with a couple of wine glasses to celebrate.... it is difficult to live full time kenzai. I will be good on the weekend....


Here I go again....

Hello Team. I tried this program a couple of months back and I didn't do it as I should have done it. I am back with the intention to not fail you and me again... I have a lot of excuses for previous term but I also have a lot of reasons to make it right this time:
1) I want to have the results
2) this is a priority for me now. There are non excuses and it is only 6 weeks..
3) I will not be afraid of those explosive exercises....they were tough for me but they are not anymore.
4) I will communicate with you in a constant basis.

But i wouldn't say I finished.... i didnt do the program as it should have been done.
I did enjoy the new routines... i will try again soon.

hello!! i had a nice rest last night... but training this morning was... intense!!!

I have been dealing with a kotnof things but working on my exercises and reading. diet is so so.....yesterday took a client out and I had some greasy Chinese.... but in general is good.
I am aware that part of the program is blogging and I commit to do it more from today. thanks.

yes. I did finish the program, but i recognize this is the program that i have done with less rugurosity... and i am not happy about it. I found it a bit challenging and my heart was not on it.... It won't happen again..

I am surprised about how fast the time goes...! almost finishing.... I need to confess that my efforts on this have been mediocre, still I can't do some movements (da Vinci or some biceps exercises), but still there, training most days... :(....
