It feels good to move on from the full body workouts to the more familiar workouts.

Diet shall be my primary focus this time around and I am looking forward to eating clean for the next 12 weeks.

For me, the best advice from a Kenzai perceptive is to show up and punch that 'i did it' button' everyday.

    Those full body workouts are tough, Sanjay. So many of them feel unnatural and exhausting. And yet it is for that reason they are so effective at building our head to toe functional fitness. During this training cycle, we'll revisit them again and again to consolidate the gains hard earned strength based workouts. You don't have to like them. But do embrace them. Keep punching that clock!

      I agree about hitting that button. Nothing like seeing it change to 'Completed' - keeps me going. :)
