Otter kicks suck ass! On a brighter note I have found that you can clip the workouts as a PDF to Evernote, so you can have your workouts offline in case you are in an area without wifi. Evernote, plus iPad with a timer is working really well, and it means its harder for me to cheat with rest periods - which I am prone to do ;-)

You can say that again. Im quivering like a littly jelly fish saying ENOUGH! Thank you for the suggestion on Evernote - thats useful. I travel a lot and have wondered what I will do when the workouts get more complex - memory wont ever do it! I use the iPhone's timer. Its a lovely snap of your two boys - God bless

That closer you keep the rest times the better and more intense the workout. This is good!
