Diet

Finding it a bit confusing as to what you can or cannot eat. Its hard to go out and grab lunch and keep it to the carb/protein limits, whilst finding something convenient that represents 190g of veg.
Have the first dinner out tonight.....will be a test. What makes it worse is that there will be free booze and food. Will have to keep my eye on the prize.

will be interested in how you get on. i have to go to a wedding on saturday and i think that will be tough!

am gonna try Dhruv's suggestion and go on sparkling water. Good luck with that wedding, that will be a true test. I reckon you can allow yourself a glass of champers to toast with though. Trouble is keeping to just one isn't it! I will fess up if my resolve breaks tonight, but i reckon I will be ok.

Am sure u guys are gonna get through it....and feel so good, that u didn't succumb to temptation!! Although with friends it's always.."a lil will do no harm.... or just a sip is not gonna kill you " . You'll hv to deal with all that melodrama ...

A lot of PCPers drinking sparkling water in a wine glass when going out. You'll also probably have to order a double portion of vegetables to get your quota in. Steamed or grilled plain meats (no salt or oil) and steamed plain vegetables are the best when at a restaurant.

:-) We will all go through our trials by fire! Stay the course guys, like the Michael Jackson song... you are not alone....something I think of when I do those crushing push ups - even on my knees Im Ms Jellyfish! I wonder what will happen when we do the full ones, which Scott is already acing!!
