So this came up on my FB feed this morning. It was an advertisement for Life Insurance. I can do all of these except one (maybe 2...a 1/4 mile swim is tough)...thank you Kenzai

🏊 Swim 1/4 mile nonstop?
👏 20 burpees in a row?
💪 Deadlift 1.5X your bodyweight?
💪 15 consecutive pull-ups?
💦 Exercise 2.5 hours a week?
Then the ad asked, "Can you do at least ONE of the above? Take advantage of your health equity." ...only ONE, seriously?

Wow now that is a test and a half - not sure about deadlifting 1.5x my weight but the rest - yes. Maybe we all need to do it.......

I have to say I cannot do 15 consecutive pull-ups and like Robin not sure about 1.5x my weight. But Kenzai is helping me get ready for a Marathon and as of today we are at (19k) 12 miles!

Yeah the 1.5x bodyweight deadlift I have not tried recently but all the rest...no problem. Not one but all...right? Bring it!

Just One??? Yup, Kenzai is obviously in another league. Now I'm curious to test out that 1.5X your bodyweight...hmmmmm.
