Reboot into Spring... GRADUATION POST

First order of business...my Goal. Back in Week 1 of Reboot I said that my goal was to once again fit into these jeans (see photo on left). I had purchased these Jeans (Ralph Lauren Polo) back in April 2011 soon after loosing 32lbs having just finished PCP. Now I know every designer is different but 30x30...what...are you #$%^&*(*&^ kidding me! My waist had not seen 30x30 since High School. And YES, they are back in my everyday wardrobe again (See final Reboot photo)...yeah!
Second order of business - Thank You Patrick, Chen, Kim, Andy, Nate, Team Sage and the entire Kenzai Kommunity. You have all helped me to change my life and continue on the path of good health and wellness. The tools, techniques, workouts, diet, lessons, etc is simply a mountain of common sense and very cool knowledge -- and I am reminded of this every time I visit my Doctor. Thank You!
And finally...Reboot is EXACTLY what I needed. The concept is spot on. Coming off 90 days (KB2 in my case) where you have been in lock-down...then set free was not easy for me (especially around the holidays - Dec 15)...it was like getting let out of a cage or leaving home for University after High School graduation -- FREEDOM -- and no one to watch, monitor or check-in. This time around however I had a safety net called Reboot. Coming out of KB2 Reboot provided a softer landing, a reminder... and helped me to re-enter society (so to speak) in a more gradual way so as to keep me honest...or, at least more aware...and not crash into the wall of bad habits and poor choices. Now was I perfect? No. I missed a few workouts. I had a few drinks. I missed a few snacks and while in NOLA I just let it all go to ___________! (just like at Thanksgiving during KB2). But because of the K-way, the accountability of the Kommunity and the lessons learned and knowledge delivered by Kenzai I am exiting Reboot in an awesome frame of mind - feeling great.
Take care everyone and thanks again for another awesome program. Bring on Kenzai-Bike!
