I substituted a 10K run for jump rope today. I have not run much the last 80 days as my legs have often been tired from doing the regular jump rope and exercises. It was such a nice sunny morning I had to run. I can tell my core is stronger from the last few months and I am looking forward to going back to my regular routine of running s few times a week. I do plan to keep doing some regular Kenzie exercises too as they just make a huge differences in staying whole body fit.
Another morning flight and busy day so another early workout. 5 am wake up and jumping rope by 5:15. The best part is it's done for the day. Feeling good at Day 40. Will be home in a few more days after a 17 day trip. The last week diet has be solid and much better than the prior week (my indulgence was more like a 2-day 4th of July holiday).
Hope everyone else is doing well. I have a bit of minor soreness but I think it's more from jumping rope on hard hotel floors instead of my home setup.
