Last week saw a couple of slips, but then reboot is all about getting back on track! The diet has been pretty much on point this week and have been trying to get the workouts in place as well! Onto the finish.
The weather took a turn for the good, surprisingly, and had to step out onto this lane.
End of a decent-ish week. The weather has been unforgiving making stepping out for workouts impossible! Will try to get that picture in today.
Looking forward to hitting the 50% mark in style then!
The workouts seem to be getting better. Can't wait for the diet to kick in from tomorrow. 25 days to go!
Reboot literally. Mid-way through KB1, I'd lost track and was back to the things that were off the table.
The first workouts of reboot have already sent the message home, of how far behind I am. Hopefully, it's a different tale at the end of 28 days!
I have been woefully off track. But with the wedding behind me now, I hope to atleast stick to the diet and try catching up with the workout.
With the compliments still flowing in, a part of me still rankles saying what could have been! :|
