Resumed my workout today, still have some pain and tightness, so I do it quite slow. Finished the workout slower, but I did it.
I hurt my lower back when I was doing the jump today, end up only doing 2.5 sets. I thought I better let it rest and heal before I push my body to do it. It’s not serious, but I have problem standing straight. Iced it for about 1 hour, hopefully I can continue my workout tomorrow.
Been busy yesterday, missed one workout. Food has not been good either in the last few days... will clean up today.

After one month of Beach Blast, I have to say I was in top shape, now Chisel seems easy! I do more rope jumping every day because it's too easy for me :)
Starting the workout first thing in the morning also becoming a routine, don't feel good if I don't exercie. Thank you Kenzai for keeping me fit at 52, I am stronger than when I was 25!
This is the 3rd attempt on Chisel, the 1st time my mom was first diagnosed with cancer, but after one month of a different test she was cleared, it was misdiagnosed. It totally messes up my first attempt. I had a 2nd attempt immediately, but two rounds of flu knock me out... I did a beach ready before this Chisel, so I am feeling strong and great. Let's CHISEL!
Tough and Fun GRADUATION POST
This is the toughest and the most fun program I have done, it's fast, tough and sees a great result. I will definitely do it again someday! I have done a two days mountain biking trip on the last two days of the program, I have to say I was fit!!! Very happy with the result!
I did a mountain biking today, 5 hours of gruelling ride under the sun... drank 3 L of water, probably sweat out 3 L as well. I have to say the nearly one month of exercise really pay off. My performance was really good, I end up riding in the beginning of the pack of about 30 people. Very proud of the effort I put in in the last month..
Went to Pattaya with my family for a holiday over the weekend, have to say I did very well with exercise, didn't miss a day of exercise. Thanks to switching the workout to the morning, get it out of the way and I can enjoy the day without feeling guilty that I have not done the exercise. Food was about 90%, could not avoid carb...
My daughter took the picture of me in my swimsuit, have to say I can see I have firmed up, but the fat around my belly is resisting, frustrating!!!
I have not missed a workout this week! Even it’s tough with work, I get up at 4:30 to workout and out the door by 7 to go to work. Now I have one week break from work, it’s a very much needed break.
I am a trainer specialize in retail, in the last two weeks I have been training two groups of participants, I used up two tickets on week one because of poor planning for the workout. I usually do the workout in the evening, but with facilitating the training, I was knock out by the time I finished, the training took a lot of energy out of me. This week I wake up at 4:30 am to start the workout at 5 am. Managed to complete every workout this week so far. A morning workout is so much better, I have the energy, and I don't have this nagging feeling that I have not done my workout.
I sign up for beach ready is because I had just finished chisel and the timing is perfect, I also want to push myself a bit further to see what I can achieve.
Pain subsided, feeling stronger overall. Did a 8k run this morning, just finished the rest of the exercise now. Feeling GOOD!
Muscle aches all over,... I thought I am pretty fit, but this program is working the muscle groups that I didn't know exists...
