Had to start my days Super early and finish pte in the last two days, food is also less then perfect, back to the normal routine today. Feel good after completed my workout.
I am having a serious water retention after a weekend of very hot and sweaty Cycling for around 4 hours a day. This happen quite often after a very sweaty exercise, may be electrolyte imbalance?
In Singapore now for a business trip, just done my daily exercise! Feeling good!
I had a freelance job that required me to work on a last min project, been really busy and forgot to post. Training going well, but my diet is not so clean at the moment, will try to clean up further this week. I still eat salt and some auger still appear here and there when I eat out.
I am pretty fit, the areas That I would like to see change is the arms, I still see a lot of fats storage and also my belly, a bit annoy with the little bit of live handle that is still there.
My trip to Mongolia was great this time (been there 3 times) I did not suffered from painful muscles, was the no. 2 fittest person in the group of 9. The fittest person just finished a 4 months Cycling trip from Cairo to cape town. I have to thank Kenzai for getting me fit to enjoy this trip. Although I did not cycle much at all before I went to Mongolia, I could feel that I was strong, because I exercise Everyday with Kenzai for 1.5 years. Thank you!
