Resumed my workout today, still have some pain and tightness, so I do it quite slow. Finished the workout slower, but I did it.
You are looking great and knowing where to push and not is key to a steady strong finish. Go Suangsan!
That's right, take it slowly. Be sure to stretch your back well. Child's pose, cat/cow stretches are good( if you don't know how, let me know) Well done getting it done!
