Program progress:

The biggest change KB has brought for me is portion controlling. I am currently travelling and whilst it's difficult to get KB compliant food, I have managed to stick to the healthy options and more importantly managed to do portion control. Another thing I like is the emphasis on clean eating and hopefully this will remain as a lifestyle change in the long run. Also the fact that I can eat bananas, potatoes or mangoes (most diets would never let you eat these) and not feel like I've eaten something which is not good for my body is great in terms of changing your thought process about food.
