After 28 days with no sweet foods I today had a fruit yoghurt which usually I wouldn’t notice the sweetness. Wow it was sickly sweet! I was stuck with limited choices as I was sitting hospital all day with my sister and partly boredom but I nearly went for the cake but decided the yoghurt sort of fitted in with today’s diet.
At least I did my skipping in before I left. Hoping to get home in time to do the rest of my workout and get back on track for dinner.
Ok so the treat idea?!?! I fell straight into it, kids ordered pizza for end of term despite a fridge full of lovely healthy options! I got the wine for my treat and ended up four slices in then chocolate biscuits and now feeling ill. Tummy looks like I’m 9 months pregnant and I feel crap! Also busy day in car with a client so nothing between breakfast and dinner except two coffees. To top it off day sedentary with work mostly in car with a client looking at houses.
Yep took the treat option to the extreme! So much for wanting to just add some feta and olives and nuts to my salad.
