If I only have time for a partial work out is it better to do cardio or strength training? I’m finding it hard to fit it all in. What are others doing?
We have a power outage through put parts of California due to risk of fires. So I’m minimizing phone usage and can write about the adventures of kenzai with no power and high winds (no long runs outside)
My indulgences this week were kind of comical as it wasn't pizza or cupcakes. I had trail mix and black beans (separately)! I do think cutting out those two items has helped with my constant bloating. It's pretty amazing to see the science in action!
I’ve been doing well with all the morning and afternoon meals but struggle at dinner since the family is not doing kenzai. Anyone else dealing with that ?
I’m loving the new exercises though - the creep is harder than it looks! Looking forward to trying the new ones this week!
