Okay, so all in all bad week - fell over in not so glamorous style and it seems mayo have broken my finger!!
One person pity party in full swing for the last couple of days - hence diet and exercise planning has gone astray! Motivation is needed!
Bit nervous about doing Kenzai AND writing a blog for the first time, but I am really looking forward to making a few friends along the way also!
Why am I doing kenzai? Probably a fairly standard reason across many of us - stressful busy life, combined with poor nutrition and lack of working out means I am around10Kg over where I probably should be....and frankly speaking I got tired of looking in the mirror and not liking what I saw! So I want to get my self esteem back and fit into my wardrobe and do something for myself to look and feel better. I am the kind of person that NEEDS motivation...and lots of it so don't hesitate to comment...I will return the favour!
I have started on the leave a 1/4 on the plate rule....hopefully I can continue this evening with this as its only just after lunch and I am hungry (although I did skip breakfast)!
Workout starts this evening...it doesn't look too bad...am I being optimistic?
