Ok, so I'm not sure whether I'm supposed to answer the question of the week on here... but here goes anyway!
A few things have surprised me this week to be honest:
The first is realising how much I'm overeating at every meal. Cutting my intake by a quarter has shown me that I normally finish my meals totally stuffed!
It has been easier to stay off the wine than I thought it would be and I'm pleased I feel that after doing the exercises I don't feel like it's worth drinking my calories!
I'm trying to turn my feeling of missing out on stuff to actually thinking that I haven't been forced into this and it's a choice I have made to feel better!
As for Patrick's 3 questions:
1. What inspired you to sign up for Kenzai Body? Post pregnancy wobble and being tired of not wanting to be in a swimsuit!
2. In terms of the Kenzai Body challenge, what do you think is your greatest strength? I feel I have a good starting level of fitness for the cardio and I have done lots of hiking and running..
3. What do you think will be your greatest weakness?... But oh my the other training exercises are hard and I have zero core after baby number 2! I also tend to use food when I'm stressed as a release so that will be a challange!
