So, I started this program with a lot of enthusiasm. I really enjoy the convenience of being able to do the workouts at home. I love how I feel after working out. Unfortunately, I got a stomach bug around Day 2 that had me down the whole week. I was able to complete Day 3's workout, but have been in bed all week. Today is the first day that I've felt like myself again.
I'm a few workouts behind, but I intend on doing them all today. I'm not too worried about the physical exertion of things, as I'm military and I'm used to working out. I mind that it's mostly mental anyway (for me at least). So, today...I will get all caught up and be ready to go tomorrow.
