workout 45 kicked my butt. the workout itself not especially difficult. but my body had nothing. everything was a struggle. dropped weight to try and get through movements.
anyway. these days happen. hoping for a bit of a rebound with 46.
stay focused, train happy
work is consuming a lot of mental energy these past few days. was ready to bounce on the work out today. was able to push through... workout now complete... now food, then sleep
