just churni g thru. diet has not been on plan but very solid generally...some travel and birthdays interrupting my food flow...but worth it!
all good, workouts are good, needed to mix in a few walks for cardio as my heel was killing me. I got a pair of ON Clouds, which seem to be serving me better.
All is well. Autumn is here and apparently that entices me to have a glass of wine or beer from time to time. Mmmmm, but otherwise doing well on diet and hitting the workouts?
all is well on the training front, food is also solid, but I had a couple of drinks last night at a concert...oh well, moderation...
clean diet except for the late summer beer I had last night on the porch. who can blame me, 85 in September-that won't last long!
well here I am again, a glutton for punishment! I am pumped to be doing this program with my dear friends.
my goals-get fit, lose 10, remap some good habits for the holidays and long run!
